Since the update to phpBB 3 I haven’t looked at the theme format changes, but I’ve got a handle on some of them now that I made a new board. The thing is, changes that I’m making aren’t taking! Still trying to figure this all out.
UPDATE: As it turns out it was an error on the phpBB upgrade team’s side, and all was fixed soon after. I just forgot to update this post.
